Our Resort
BEACHES TURKS & CAICOS
Beaches Turks & Caicos is located on Providenciales Island on Grace Bay Beach, which was ranked World’s #1 Best Beach by TripAdvisor Travelers! This 12 mile stretch of beach is clear, calm and great for snorkeling.
The resort is expansive. Set along Grace Bay Beach, with clear turquoise waters, the resort has 5 "villages", a 45,000 square foot water park, 10 pools, 21 gourmet restaurants, 15 bars, 2 award-winning Red Lane Spas, and their Kids Camp for ages 0-17.
Each village has their own lobby, pools, architectural style and room categories. The rooms, pools and restaurants are strategically spaced out throughout the resort. It may take a few days to discover all of it which is part of the fun. Don't worry about not having enough to do!
Note, although the resort is large, the design makes it easy to get around. You can walk from one end of the resort to the other in a few minutes.

PASSPORTS
Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.
Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.
AIRFARE
Please feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline. If you need guidance or assistance booking airfare, please contact meredith@shorelinedestinations.com.
All flights should arrive and depart from Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.
If you would like travel insurance on your airfare, you can purchase airfare only travel insurance through your airline.
TRANSPORTATION
Your round-trip airport transportation is included with your stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos. More information on your transportation will be provided closer to your departure date.
EXCURSIONS
Island Routes has a partnership with the resort and they have so many great options! You can book prior to arrival or at the resort.
Booking Your Room
RESORT PAYMENTS
Initial Deposit: $500 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by April 1, 2025. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!
If booking after February 20, 2025, you will be required to pay your initial deposit and 2nd payment when booking.
2nd Payment: $1,000 per room due February 20, 2025
3rd Payment: $1,000 per room due May 1, 2025
Final Payment: Balance due June 2, 2025
Cancellations made before or on May 20, 2025:
Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Cancelled airfare tickets purchased through Shoreline Destinations are valid for one year from original ticket issue date and may incur cancel/change fees based on the air carrier. See your airline’s website for terms/conditions. Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or after May 21, 2025:
Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable.
With Travel Insurance: you will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Changes to reservations: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Changes made within 30 days of travel will incur a $50 per person change fee. Date changes can only be made within the group room block dates. Any date changes outside of the group room block dates are considered a cancellation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 10 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.
Insurance provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable.
Travel insurance must be paid at time of deposit and is non-refundable.
NY residents are unable to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance.

Step 3: Once completed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days if additional information is needed.
Step 4: We will book your room in the resort’s system and send you a copy of your invoice to review.
Step 5: You will review and electronically sign the invoice to confirm your booking and make your deposit.
Step 6: Once you sign the invoice, we will process your card, and email you a confirmation showing the amount applied

YES! Shoreline Destinations is coordinating the wedding group with the ceremony coordinator. If you book your room directly with the resort or another website, additional fees may apply.

All-inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and tips.
Travel insurance is an additional fee and can be added on to your reservation.

Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

Do I have to pay for the trip all at once?
No! One of the benefits of booking through Shoreline Destinations is that once your reservation is locked in with a deposit, you may make additional payments in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are paid in full by the Final Payment Date.
