First, schedule a video consultation to discuss your destination wedding, commitment ceremony, or vow renewal. Our destination wedding expert, Andrea Norfolk, will share with you our process and ask you what your ideal ceremony looks like.
Based on your initial consultation, your advisor will provide a customized proposal that is tailored to your interests and budget. Proposals typically include 3-5 resort options.
You and your fiancé will narrow down the resort list to your top 3 resorts. If you can’t decide, we’ll set up a call to discuss!
We’ll then reach out to each resort to request your preferred dates and group room rates. Once you have info from each resort, it’s time to make your final pick!
Next, you’ll sign your contract and immediately get access to The Vault, which includes detailed timelines and helpful info.
While you’re thinking about décor and dresses, we’ll be busy creating your custom website for guests and handling all of their reservations.
Time to turn on those out of office reminders and head for your destination. Enjoy your time away with your family & friends!
