Our wedding will take place at Dreams Playa Mujeres, a beautiful resort featuring excellent amenities such as pools, dining options, and entertainment.
Shoreline Destinations will be coordinating your stay with the resort wedding planner for our ceremony and reception. Please reserve your room by May 1, 2025 through the form at the bottom of this page, as special guest rates apply to our wedding group.

PAYMENTS
Deposit: $600 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by May 1, 2025. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!
Second Payment: A second payment of $1,200 per room is due May 23, 2025.
Final Payments: Balance due July 18, 2025
Payments can be made in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are on track of the payment deadlines.
Cancellations made before or on May 23, 2025:
Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Cancelled airfare tickets purchased through Shoreline Destinations are valid for one year from original ticket issue date and may incur cancel/change fees based on the air carrier. See your airline’s website for terms/conditions. Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or after May 24, 2025:
Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable.
Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable.
With Travel Insurance: you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Changes to reservations: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $50 per person change fee. Date changes can only be made within the group room block dates. Any date changes outside of the group room block dates are considered a cancellation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.
We highly recommend travel insurance and it can be added on to your room reservation within 5 days of your deposit. Insurance provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection.

Children - Adults are defined as 13 years and older at time of travel. Pricing for children 12 years and under varies based on
Travel Protection Plan selected for the adults ($69.99 to $114.99).

AIRFARE
Shoreline Destinations can also coordinate your airfare and add it on to your booking, however, please also feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline.
All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport (CUN Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.
*Airfare on value air carriers (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, etc.) must be booked on your own since Shoreline Destinations is unable to package it on. However, airfare with any other major carriers can be added to your reservation if needed or can be booked independently. If airfare is purchased through Shoreline Destinations, you must pay for airfare in full and also purchase travel insurance.
TRANSPORTATION
If you are arriving on Southwest flight WN1609 from BWI, scheduled to land at 12:10 PM on October 1st, we’re happy to let you know that transportation to the resort will be provided, courtesy of the bride and groom. Please notify Allison or Bryan if you plan to arrive on this flight so they can plan accordingly.
If you are on this flight, you will only need to arrange your return transfer from the resort to CUN airport.
Guests arriving on any other flights will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the resort, as we cannot guarantee group transport due to varying arrival and departure times, as well as potential delays. Please feel free to share a transfer with others, however, you must be on the same flight in order to share a transfer.

Snorkel at Coral Reef, Underwater Museum, Turtles & Shipwreck
The participant will remember this tour as something outstanding during their vacation in Cancun. Tons of goldfish, live coral reef, seeing turtles in their natural habitat and an impressive wreck is what you´ll discover in this 2-hour tour in Cancun, where the entire area does not exceed 3 meters deep, with calm waters and little to almost null water current.

Step 3: Once completed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days if additional information is needed.
Step 4: We will book your room in the resort’s system and send you a copy of your invoice to review.
Step 5: You will review and electronically sign the invoice to confirm your booking and make your deposit.
Step 6: Once you sign the invoice, we will process your card, and email you a confirmation showing the amount applied

- Bed configurations (one king versus 2 queens) are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.

Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.
Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.

YES! Shoreline Destinations is coordinating the wedding group with the ceremony coordinator. If you book your room directly with the resort or another website, additional fees may apply.

All-inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and tips.
Travel insurance is an additional fee and can be added on to your reservation.
Transportation is also an additional fee and your travel advisor will provide details on how to book.

Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

Do I have to pay for the trip all at once?
No! One of the benefits of booking through Shoreline Destinations is that once your reservation is locked in with a deposit, you may make additional payments in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are paid in full by the Final Payment Date.

You do not need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel to this destination.
A Covid-19 test prior to departure currently is not required. You do NOT need to take a Covid-19 test to return to the US.
