We are thrilled to invite you to our wedding on Friday, May 23, 2025! We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our marriage than indulging in paradise with those most special to us.

Our wedding will be at Atelier in Playa Mujeres, Mexico. You’ll love the resort, pools, dining, and entertainment!

Shoreline Destinations will be coordinating your stay with the resort wedding planner for our ceremony and reception. To RSVP ‘Yes’, please reserve your room by November 25, 2024 through the form at the bottom of this page, as special guest rates apply to our wedding group.

There is a lot of information on our page, so grab a cup of coffee, wine, or your favorite cocktail and enjoy reading about our celebration in paradise. We hope to see as many of you there as possible.

Our Resort

ATELIER PLAYA MUJERES

PAYMENTS

Deposit: $750 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by November 25, 2024. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!

Final Payment: Balance due December 20, 2024

Cancellations made before or on December 20, 2024:
Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Cancelled airfare tickets purchased through Shoreline Destinations are valid for one year from original ticket issue date and may incur cancel/change fees based on the air carrier. See your airline’s website for terms/conditions. Travel insurance is non-refundable.

Cancellations made on or after December 21, 2024:
Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable. With Travel Insurance: you will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). Travel insurance is non-refundable.

Changes to reservations: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $50 per person change fee. Date changes can only be made within the group room block dates. Any date changes outside of the group room block dates are considered a cancellation.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 5 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.

Insurance provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable.

  • Travel insurance must be paid at time of deposit and is non-refundable.

  • NY residents are unable to purchase cancel for any reason travel insurance.

AIRFARE

Shoreline Destinations can also coordinate your airfare and add it on to your booking, however, please also feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline.

All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport (CUN Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.

*Airfare on value air carriers (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, etc.) must be booked on your own since Shoreline Destinations is unable to package it on. However, airfare with any other major carriers can be added to your reservation if needed or can be booked independently. If airfare is purchased through Shoreline Destinations, you must pay for airfare in full and also purchase travel insurance.



TRANSPORTATION

Due to the variety of arrival and departure times, we weren’t able to group guests together in shared vehicles with the transportation company. Please use the link below to book your transfers to and from the resort with our preferred provider.

Please book no later than May 5, 2025.

When booking, you’ll need your flight information, as the company will track your flight for any changes or delays.

Note: only guests on the same flight can share a transfer vehicle.

Chichen Itza Day Trip from Cancun
Spectacular Chichen Itza holds both mystery and magic and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the most important archaeological zone and ancient capital of the Mayan Empire on a full-day guided tour from Cancun. Admire the majestic observatory, the Pyramid of Kukulcan, the Temple of Warriors, the ball court, and the castle. Sample typical Mayan cuisine at a buffet lunch and swim in a cenote.

Isla Mujeres Luxury Sailing
Kick back, relax, and let us carry you off to Isla Mujeres on our luxury sailing catamaran. We'll explore beautiful locations along Cancun's stunning coastline and take you snorkeling in its warm waters. Snorkel at Coral Reef, Underwater Museum, Turtles & Shipwreck
The participant will remember this tour as something outstanding during their vacation in Cancun. Tons of goldfish, live coral reef, seeing turtles in their natural habitat and an impressive wreck is what you´ll discover in this 2-hour tour in Cancun, where the entire area does not exceed 3 meters deep, with calm waters and little to almost null water current.

Visit Xcaret Park
Xcaret is a nature theme park with more than 50 attractions. Expect to spend an entire day here exploring all of the activities, such as the beach, lagoon, underground rivers, a coral reef aquarium, and music performances.

Step 3: Once completed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days if additional information is needed.
Step 4: We will book your room in the resort’s system and send you a copy of your invoice to review.
Step 5: You will review and electronically sign the invoice to confirm your booking and make your deposit.
Step 6: Once you sign the invoice, we will process your card, and email you a confirmation showing the amount applied

PLEASE NOTE:
- The form below is to request a room. Your room is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from your travel advisors.
- Bed configurations are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.
- If your travel dates are outside of the wedding room block dates, we will need to confirm availability with the resort to have them add the nights in their system to book your room. This can take 5-7 business days to confirm.

FAQs

  • Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.

    Note, passport cards are NOT accepted. You must have a passport book.

  • YES! Shoreline Destinations is coordinating the wedding group with the ceremony coordinator. If you book your room directly with the resort or another website, additional fees may apply.

  • All-inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and tips.

    Travel insurance is an additional fee and can be added on to your reservation.

    Transportation is also an additional fee and your travel advisor will provide details on how to book.

  • Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

  • Do I have to pay for the trip all at once?

    No! One of the benefits of booking through Shoreline Destinations is that once your reservation is locked in with a deposit, you may make additional payments in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are paid in full by the Final Payment Date.

  • You do not need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel to this destination.

    A Covid-19 test prior to departure currently is not required. You do NOT need to take a Covid-19 test to return to the US.

    If these protocols change, your travel advisor will let you know.
