How did you meet?
We met online. Roman thought I wasn’t interested in him at all after our first date.
How did you get engaged?
We got engaged on vacation in Havana, Cuba.
Why did you choose to have a destination wedding?
We chose a destination wedding because we want our family and friends to have a memorable and amazing time. We love to travel and experience new cultures so we wanted to share that experience with the people that mean the most to us for our most special day.
Why did you choose your resort and destination?
Choosing the resort and location was difficult. We shared all our criteria with Andrea and she provided us with a list of amazing prospects. We chose Turks & Caicos because it checked all our boxes.
What was your most memorable moment during your ceremony?
So many special memories. We were able to customize everything exactly as we wanted. Choosing the perfect location, live guitar player for our ceremony with our choice of music, seating & décor simple to accentuate the beautiful scenery, and of course the personal wedding staff making sure it all went exactly to plan.
What was the best part about having a destination wedding?
Best part of having a destination wedding is having all your family & friends with you to celebrate in the most unique & special way.
What was your experience using Shoreline Destinations?
Shoreline Destination was amazing. Covid was a challenge, but having an extremely knowledgeable representative with Andrea and someone working hard behind the scenes to ensure all the guests had a point of contact & navigating all the logistics with Ellen was invaluable. We rescheduled twice but, in the end, it was worth the wait!
