Our team is lead by Andrea Norfolk, president and destination wedding expert. She works directly with all of our couples to choose the perfect location and resort for their dream destination wedding.

Our team also includes wedding coordinators who will manage all of your guests’ reservations, transportation, travel insurance, and more.

With personalized service and expert knowledge, we ensure every detail is perfect, from resort selection to travel arrangements, making your dream destination wedding or getaway stress-free.

What’s Included

Contract Review
We’ll review your final room block and wedding ceremony / reception contract details with you. Our agency is well known with the top resort brands and continues to be top performers year after year with them. Our awards speak for themselves and provide leverage when needed. What does that mean for you? You have the comfort of knowing that we've secured the best rates and concessions possible for you and your guests!

We utilize the key relationships we've formed over the years with our resort and tour operator partners to ensure that you are receiving the most competitive rates and concessions. We will push back on rates when we feel there is a disparity (which is rare) and always advocate for our couples! With hundreds of weddings under our belts, we are very confident in what we secure for our couples!

Wedding Planning
We’ll set up an initial conference call with your on-site Wedding Planner and will be available throughout the process as needed.

Custom Wedding Website
You’ll have a custom website with all your details, resort info, pricing, and a booking link for your guests.

Access to The Vault
You’ll gain immediate access to The Vault, which is filled with our wedding planning tips, preferred vendors, and more.

Guest Reservations

We’ll manage your guest list and will update you periodically on which guests have booked, their travel dates, room types, etc.
We’ll provide your guests with their room confirmations and assist them with booking airfare, transportation, excursions, and travel insurance if needed.
We’ll send your group frequent reminders, wedding updates, transportation information, and more.

Custom Wedding Information Sheet (Know Before You Go)
30 days prior to arrival all guests will receive a pdf with details on your wedding events, attire recommendations, excursion/activity suggestions, transfer information, travel reminders, and more.

Optional Group Zoom Meeting
“Let’s get the party started” happy hour via Zoom with Shoreline Destinations, guests, and the couple to review outstanding questions, overview of wedding events, and travel reminders.

On-Site Representative
If 60 rooms or more are booked with Shoreline Destinations, a representative from the travel agency will make every attempt free of charge to arrive on property the day before the majority of guests check-in to ensure the check-in process runs smoothly. We will remain on property for at least 2 days during the check-in process.
