We are thrilled to invite you to our wedding on Friday, April 4, 2025! We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our marriage than indulging in paradise with those most special to us.
Our wedding will be at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in Punta Cana. This is an adults-only all-inclusive resort, but is also connected to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, which is their family-friendly resort. These two resorts are side-by-side and adults will have access to both sides! You’ll love the resort, pools, dining, and entertainment!
Shoreline Destinations will be coordinating your stay with the resort wedding planner for our ceremony and reception. To RSVP ‘Yes’, please reserve your room by October 15, 2024 through the form at the bottom of this page, as special guest rates apply to our wedding group.
There is a lot of information on our page, so grab a cup of coffee, wine, or your favorite cocktail and enjoy reading about our celebration in paradise. We are excited for what lies ahead and are so grateful to have all of your support.

Note, the ceremony will be on the beach - wear shoes you can easily take off or that can be worn in the sand.

Hyatt Zilara & Ziva Cap Cana are the newest all-inclusive resorts in the beautiful gated community of Cap Cana. Located on the sought-after shores of Juanillo Beach in the Dominican Republic, these resorts are a tropical paradise where guests can indulge in all-inclusive luxury.

Deposits & Payments
Deposit: $500 per room is due when booked and goes towards your total room cost. Must be booked by October 15, 2024. Reserve early to get your preferred room type!
Second Payment: $1,200 per room due October 15, 2024
Final Payments: Remaining balance due February 3, 2025
Cancellations made before or on October 15, 2024:
Room reservation deposit and payments are fully refundable. Cancelled airfare tickets purchased through Shoreline Destinations are valid for one year from original ticket issue date and may incur cancel/change fees based on the air carrier. See your airline’s website for terms/conditions. Travel insurance is non-refundable.
Cancellations made on or after October 16, 2024:
Without Travel Insurance: room deposit and payments are non-refundable. With Travel Insurance: Insurance with CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) provides in-travel protection as well as cancellation protection. With CFAR travel insurance, cancellations will receive a refund of 75% of the trip cost (if canceling for ANY reason at least 48 hours prior to departure) and a refund of 100% of the trip cost (if canceling for a COVERED reason). The cost of travel insurance is nonrefundable.
Changes to reservations: ANY changes made to your existing room reservation are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change. Changes made within 14 days of travel will incur a $50 per person change fee. Date changes can only be made within the group room block dates. Any date changes outside of the group room block dates are considered a cancellation.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance for all travelers and it can be added on to your room reservation (and airfare if needed) within 5 days of your deposit. If you would like travel insurance, please select “yes” for travel protection in the reservation form below and we will provide a quote.

Airfare
Shoreline Destinations can also coordinate your airfare and add it on to your booking, however, please also feel free to book your airfare directly with your preferred airline.
All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ Airport). Please DO NOT book your airfare until your travel advisor has emailed you your room confirmation.
*Airfare on value air carriers (Southwest, Spirit, Frontier, JetBlue, etc.) must be booked on your own since Shoreline Destinations is unable to package it on. However, airfare with any other major carriers can be added to your reservation if needed or can be booked independently. If airfare is purchased through Shoreline Destinations, you must pay for airfare in full and also purchase travel insurance.
TRANSPORTATION
Julia & Tom will be providing all guests with round-trip transportation from the airport to the resort.

Punta Espada Golf Course - Punta Espada is the first of three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses to be developed at Cap Cana. Opened in November 2006 it is already listed among the world’s finest, with the renowned GolfWeek publication ranking it as the "#1 Best Golf Course in the Caribbean and Mexico" and Golf Digest as the #35 in the World. Sail and Snorkel Booze Cruise - Fun from the get-go! It's about a 4-hour tour from shuttle pick up at the Hotel to the return. Included on the catamaran are drinks and dancing and a stop for Snorkeling and time at the natural pool. The natural pool is so amazing -- calm, crystal clear water, waist-deep. Book here
Catalina Island Tour with Snorkeling - Catalina Island is classified as a national monument with a protected environment and little development and is also the Caribbean beach home port of the Costa cruise line. There are several well-known caves and reefs in the area, as well as famous shipwrecks. You can view the wreck of 17th-century pirate Captain William Kidd at less than 20 feet below the surface. It is very popular among divers and snorkelers as there is a wall of coral that surrounds the island. Book here

Step 2: Fill out the room request form below
Step 3: Once completed, we will contact you within 1-2 business days if additional information is needed.
Step 4: We will book your room in the resort’s system and send you a copy of your invoice to review.
Step 5: You will review and electronically sign the invoice to confirm your booking and make your deposit.
Step 6: Once you sign the invoice, we will process your card, and email you a confirmation showing the amount applied

- The form below is to request a room. Your room is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from your travel advisors.
- Bed configurations are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed.
- If your travel dates are outside of the wedding room block dates, we will need to confirm availability with the resort to have them add the nights in their system to book your room. This can take 5-7 business days to confirm.

Passports are required to travel internationally. Please locate your passport and check the expiration date - make sure it is valid for 6 months AFTER your anticipated return date.

YES! Shoreline Destinations is coordinating the wedding group with the ceremony coordinator. If you book your room directly with the resort or another website, additional fees may apply.

All Inclusive always includes the hotel room, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, taxes and tips.

Adding a guest - You can book your room today and add a person in the future. Please keep in mind when making changes to your reservation, the pricing and availability at the resort are subject to change at any time, therefore can impact ability to process requests. If travel insurance is on your reservation, the additional guest(s) will need to pay for additional travel insurance.

Do I have to pay for the trip all at once?
No! One of the benefits of booking through Shoreline Destinations is that once your reservation is locked in with a deposit, you may make additional payments in any increment at any time towards your trip as long as you are paid in full by the Final Payment Date.

You do not need to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to travel to this destination.
A Covid-19 test prior to departure currently is not required. You do NOT need to take a Covid-19 test to return to the US.
