DESTINATION WEDDINGS
The Palms Turks & Caicos is a beautiful fit for couples drawn to Grace Bay’s famously clear water, soft white sand, and a more intimate, polished resort experience.
Located on Providenciales, The Palms sits directly on Grace Bay Beach and brings a relaxed, villa-like feel to one of the Caribbean’s most iconic settings. It is not the kind of resort built around a packed activity schedule or a giant all-inclusive footprint. Instead, it’s for couples who want their wedding week to feel a little more personal, a little less hectic, and very rooted in the beauty of Turks & Caicos!
The setting is easy to fall for. Think long beach days, spacious suites for your closest people, dinner under the stars, and a wedding backdrop that barely needs an introduction.

Hi, I’m Andrea!
I’ve been helping couples plan destination weddings throughout Mexico and the Caribbean since 2013, and I can tell you that a beautiful resort photo only tells you so much! When I look at a resort for a wedding group, I look at the full experience: where your guests will stay, what there is for them to do between your events, how the resort works once everyone arrives, and whether the wedding spaces truly fit the celebration you have in mind.
A NOTE FROM ME
Here's why The Palms Turks & Caicos might make my shortlist for your wedding:
✓ You want Grace Bay to be the whole moment. The Palms sits directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, with that clear turquoise water and soft white sand your guests will be talking about long after the wedding weekend.
✓ You want a luxury resort that feels more personal than massive. With 72 suites and penthouses, The Palms has a quieter, more intimate feel than a large all-inclusive. It’s polished, relaxed, and made for a wedding week that does not feel rushed.
✓ Your guests would love having actual space to settle in. From Junior Suites to multi-bedroom suites and penthouses, there are room options with separate living areas, kitchens, and balconies. Such a win for families, wedding parties, and guests who want more than a standard hotel room!
✓ You want a wedding weekend with more than one pretty backdrop. You can say “I do” on Grace Bay, host cocktails on the Croquet Lawn, dine under the stars on the Beach Deck, or bring everyone inside to the Messel Ballroom.
✓ You care about the guest experience just as much as the wedding day. Between the beach, pool, spa, dining, watersports, and easy access to more of Providenciales, your guests will have plenty of ways to make a real vacation out of the trip.

THE RESORT
So, What's It Actually Like?
The Palms feels refined without trying too hard. The vibe is calm, elegant, and beach-forward, with manicured grounds, a beautiful pool area, and a quieter pace than some of the island’s larger resorts.
This is a great match for a couple who wants their guests to have plenty of time together, but doesn’t need a water park, nonstop entertainment, or a huge lineup of included restaurants to make the week feel special.
Your group can spend the morning on Grace Bay, meet by the pool in the afternoon, head out for dinner, and still have the flexibility to explore Providenciales beyond the resort. The location also puts guests close to Grace Bay shopping and dining!
The Guest Experience
For guests, the experience is about having room to relax. The suite-style layout is a huge plus for couples inviting families, friends traveling together, or anyone who appreciates extra living space during a wedding trip!
The Palms also offers a kids club for ages 4 to 12, making it a stronger option for a mixed-age guest list than couples may initially expect.

WHERE YOU'LL SAY "I DO"
Wedding Venues
The Palms offers a mix of beachfront, garden, poolside, spa, and indoor spaces, which gives couples flexibility if their wedding vision changes from a breezy beach ceremony to a more formal evening reception.
Grace Bay Beach
For the couple who wants the classic Turks & Caicos moment: powdery white sand, turquoise water, and a ceremony that lets the destination do the talking.
The Beach Deck
Just steps from the shoreline, the Beach Deck brings a little more structure to a beach wedding while still keeping the ocean close by. The resort notes this space can host dining under the stars for groups of approximately 30 to 100 guests.
Croquet Lawn
The Croquet Lawn is a lovely choice for a ceremony or sunset cocktail hour. It gives you green space, palms, and ocean views without placing every moment directly on the sand.
The Spa Grounds
The Spa grounds offer a more unexpected setting, with water features and a romantically lit reflecting pool. This could be a beautiful choice for an intimate celebration or a pre-wedding event.
The Messel Ballroom
The Messel Ballroom is The Palms’ indoor event option, with a wraparound terrace for pre-function cocktails. The resort shares that the ballroom can accommodate up to 100 guests for a catered social function and can be divided for smaller events.
A destination wedding reception where dinner, dancing, and Grace Bay views all come together!
LET’S TALK DETAILS
Wedding Packages
The Palms takes a more customized approach to wedding events rather than offering a simple, one-size-fits-all package menu.
This makes it a great fit for couples who want more flexibility with their venue, food and beverage, entertainment, floral design, and overall event flow. It also means that current details matter. Event costs, inclusions, outside-vendor policies, venue fees, and minimums can change, so this is where we would request the most up-to-date information for your date and guest count.

My Take on THe Palms TUrks & Caicos
The Palms is one of those resorts that feels special the second you arrive. It has a quiet, European-villa feel that is so beautiful, and being right on Grace Bay is obviously a huge part of the magic!
I especially love it for couples who want Turks & Caicos to feel like a true getaway for their guests, not just a pretty place to get married. The suites give everyone room to settle in, the spa is incredible, and the shuttle to sister property The Shore Club gives guests even more to experience during the week.
It’s not the right fit for every couple. If your group wants an all-inclusive, lots of included activities, and a big-resort energy, I would likely point you in a different direction.
But for the couple looking for a polished, more intimate resort with gorgeous suites, an incredible spa, and one of the best beach settings in the Caribbean, The Palms is absolutely worth considering!

A resort can look perfect online. But the right fit comes down to your guest list, budget, wedding vision, and the kind of experience you want everyone to have.

ROOMS & SUITES
Where You’ll Stay
The Palms has 72 suites and penthouses, with garden, ocean-view, and oceanfront options. Accommodations range from Junior Suites to multi-bedroom suites and penthouses.
Junior Suites
A smart option for couples or individual guests who want a comfortable home base with a sitting area, balcony or terrace, sleeper sofa, and kitchenette.
One-Bedroom Suites
One-bedroom suites offer extra breathing room, with a separate living and dining area, a full kitchen, and one-and-a-half bathrooms. These are especially appealing for couples who want more space during a longer wedding stay.
Two- and Three-Bedroom Suites
For families and guests traveling together, the larger suites offer multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, private balconies or terraces, and a shared living and dining space.
Penthouses
The Palms also offers ocean-view and oceanfront penthouses with expansive layouts and private outdoor space.
LOVE THE RESORT?
HERE’S WHERE WE COME IN.
Finding a beautiful resort is the easy part. Turning it into a destination wedding that actually works for you and your guests? That’s where we come in.
→ We help you figure out if it’s actually the right fit. A gorgeous Instagram feed doesn’t tell you whether the room rates work for your guest list, the wedding venues fit your vision, or your group will actually enjoy spending four days here.
→ We handle the room block + guest travel. Contracts, room categories, deposits, deadlines, transfers, special requests, Aunt Linda’s flight question... you don’t need another full-time job just because you’re getting married.
→ We know what questions to ask before you sign. What happens if your guest count changes? Which rooms count toward your block? Are there minimum stays? What’s included in the wedding package and what will cost extra? We help you understand what you’re actually agreeing to.
→ And when your guests have questions? They come to us. You should be planning your wedding, not spending your lunch break explaining airport transfers in the group chat.

DINING & DRINKS
What’s on The Menu?
Dining at The Palms can feel like part of the experience rather than just a break between beach and pool. Guests can also take the complimentary shuttle to sister properties The Shore Club and The Sands for even more dining options. It’s such a fun way to explore another side of the island during the wedding week!
Parallel23 | Parallel23 is the resort’s dinner restaurant, with indoor and al fresco dining, a show kitchen, and a wood-burning oven
Si Si | Si Si brings a newer culinary experience to the resort, led by Executive Chef Rajasekar Ravindran in collaboration with Chef Elia Herrera.
Breakfast Garden | Breakfast is served in a tropical courtyard setting, which is a sweet way to start a slower wedding-week morning.
Bars & Private Dining | The resort has three bars, including poolside and beachside options. Private in-suite dining and private chef experiences may also be available for special gatherings.
THE GUEST EXPERIENCE
What will everyone do all week?
The Palms is one of those resorts where it’s very easy to have a beautiful, low-key week in Turks & Caicos. Your guests can spend all day on Grace Bay, hang by the pool with a drink, sneak off for a spa treatment, or go explore the island. Then everyone comes back together for your welcome party, wedding, and all the little in-between moments that end up being the best part!
Pool + Beach Days
Grace Bay really is the reason to come here. The water is that clear, the sand is that soft, and your guests will be perfectly happy spending an entire day bouncing between the beach and the pool. Honestly, I would be too!
Spa + Wellness
The spa at The Palms is such a standout. It’s a great spot for a massage before the wedding, a girls’ afternoon, or just a little quiet time when you need a break from being “on” all week. (Because even the couple deserves a vacation!)
For Families
The Palms has a complimentary kids’ club, Conch Kritters, for children ages 4 to 12, with half-day and full-day activities. Parents can sneak off to the spa, enjoy a quieter beach afternoon, or just have a grown-up dinner without feeling like the whole trip has to revolve around kid activities.
Families can also borrow Hobie Cat sailboats, kayaks, and snorkeling gear, play tennis, or stock up on snacks and basics at the resort market. Basically, it is a much more family-friendly resort than people may initially expect!
Get Out on the Water
If your group likes to do more than sit by the pool, there is plenty to keep them busy. Snorkeling, sunset cruises, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, diving... Turks is one of those places where getting out on the water is always a good idea. (Pro tip- we can also arrange a catamaran cruise for you and your guests!)
Explore + Play
Guests can borrow resort bicycles to explore Grace Bay and more of Providenciales at their own pace. The Palms also has a lighted tennis court, with racquets and balls available through the concierge. Perfect for the friend who cannot sit still for an entire beach vacation!
Because a destination wedding should leave you feeling relaxed, too!
