How did you meet?
We met in March 2023 at a run club in Mountain View, CA — because nothing says "true love" like sweating profusely next to a stranger while pretending you're not out of breath. Post-run drinks helped us catch our breath and find common ground — mostly in the form of a heated football rivalry that somehow turned into flirting. Who knew smack talk could be so romantic?
By June, we took a leap of faith — and a lot of bug spray — on our first date: a two-night camping trip to Pinnacles National Park. Because nothing says romance quite like fending off raccoons from the snacks! Somehow, it worked. And the rest is history (and occasional blisters).
Why did you choose to have a destination wedding?
No matter where we chose to get married, it was always going to be a “destination” for almost everyone — including us! So, we figured: why not pick a beautiful spot where we could not only say “I do,” but also spend real, meaningful time with the people we love (and don’t get to see nearly enough)? Instead of just a quick hello over cake, we wanted a weekend full of shared meals, belly laughs, impromptu dance moves, and lasting memories.
Why did you choose to have your wedding at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos?
Once we decided to have a destination wedding, we knew we wanted a place that was not only beautiful, but also fun, relaxed, and perfect for spending quality time with our favorite people. Hard Rock Los Cabos checked all the boxes — stunning ocean views, incredible food, all-inclusive everything (yes, even room service at 2am), and enough pools to lose each other in at least twice.
We wanted a spot where we could turn one day of celebration into a full weekend (or more) of unforgettable memories. Los Cabos gave us the sunshine. Hard Rock gave us the vibe.
