How did you meet?
We met on a spontaneous weekend trip to Vegas with mutual friends, the kind of trip where plans are loose and everything feels possible. After spending the evening talking, laughing, and getting lost in the music of The Chainsmokers, something quietly clicked between us. Amid the neon lights and late-night conversations, it became clear that this wasn’t just another fun night or fleeting connection—it was the beginning of something special, the kind you feel before you can fully explain it.
Why did you choose to have a destination wedding?
We chose a destination wedding because travel has always been a shared passion of ours, and with our families spread across different parts of the country, it felt only right to meet somewhere special together. Bringing everyone to our favorite place in Mexico turns our wedding into more than a single day—it turned into a weekend filled with love, memories and quality time. Celebrating our marriage in a place we love, surrounded by the people we love, felt like the perfect way to begin this next chapter.
Why did you choose UNICO 20°87° and your destination?
We chose UNICO 20°87′ because it already held a special place in our story—we vacationed there before we were even engaged and completely fell in love with its beauty, simplicity, and incredible food and drinks. From the moment we arrived, it felt effortless and welcoming, the kind of place where you can truly relax and be present. When we started dreaming about our wedding, it was the obvious choice. We knew it would be the perfect setting to celebrate, and we were confident our guests would love the resort and everything it has to offer just as much as we do.
What was your most memorable moment during your ceremony?
The whole ceremony was a dream. The weather was perfect and we even had a rainbow show up for us at the end of the ceremony. Having the rainbow be included in some of our pictures on the beach was so incredibly special and a moment we will never forget!
What was the best part about having a destination wedding?
The best part of having a destination wedding was having all of the people we love most together in one place, sharing more than just a single moment. Instead of one busy day, we were able to spend a full weekend making memories—laughing by the pool, sharing meals, and soaking in time that felt unhurried and meaningful. Having those extra days together made the celebration feel deeper and more connected, turning our wedding into an experience we’ll cherish forever.
